100 Series Flex Track System
The 100 series flex track system is a light to medium duty cyclorama I-beam type track designed for light to medium weight stage and TV studio curtains, and for enclosing industrial welding booths. This economically priced track unit is supplied for “walk-along” operation only, with no cord, pulleys or master carriers. The track can be curved on the job or at the factory (at additional cost) to virtually any degree on a 2 foot minimum radius. The tracks should be solidly anchored to the ceiling with the use of ceiling clamps or suspended from a pipe backbone. For the most satisfactory track operation, the track should be solidly anchored to the ceiling with ceiling clamps. Uses 1 carrier per foot.
101 Flex-I-Track Channel
13 gauge extruded aluminum, mill finish. Can be curved to a 2′ minimum radius (layout dependent). Flange above carrier prevents tilting or climbing of carrier.

Lap clamps provide and maintain proper track separation at the center overlap of bi-parting track systems so that the master carriers can operate properly in the overlap. The clamps are constructed of plated or powder coated formed steel and are provided with all assembly hardware. This bracket allows you to wall mount the tracks, either in a bi-part or one-way draw configuration. The brackets are provided with slots along the bottom edge sized to allow various projections for the tracks from 4″ to 8″. You can also use our 122 ceiling brackets or the mounting clips from these devices with this bracket. The side of the bracket is provided with mounting slots as well as mounting holes, to help provide accurate placement and leveling of the tracks. 135 Strutbr Wall Bracket

A standard strut channel mounting surface allows the tracks to be easily adjusted from 0″ to 12″ from the mounted wall. The bracket is designed to work with bi-parting or one-way draw track systems.
